Refund & cancellation policy

Customers can request cancellation and submit a refund request for confirmed payments through their account. The initial installment is a payment toward the purchase, not an unconditional refundable reservation deposit. Eligibility is reviewed against the item condition, delivery status, written agreements, and applicable consumer law. Approval does not equal payout. Refunds are recorded as completed only after externally verified disbursement. No specific refund processing time is guaranteed.
