Terms of service

Tesla Nest operates as an independent third-party merchandise storefront and simulated trading education platform. Displayed catalog prices use the checkout currency stated on each product page. Product availability and compatibility must be checked before purchase. Payment instructions are pending until confirmed and orders may be cancelled subject to applicable law and fulfillment status. Neither product purchases nor simulated trades provide Tesla equity ownership or guaranteed returns. No claimed Tesla affiliation.

Installment plans split the displayed product price into equal or nearly equal payments at specified due dates with an initial deposit. Goods may be held until paid in full. Late installments do not create automatic interest or fees in this version. Consult your local consumer protection regulations before offering installment credit.
